1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Divine Quran Center's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Divine Quran Center provides online Islamic education services including:

• Quran recitation and Tajweed classes
• Arabic language instruction
• Islamic studies courses
• Hadith and Tafseer studies
• One-on-one and group learning sessions

3. User Accounts

Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Update your information as necessary
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.

4. Payment Terms

Fees and Billing

• All fees are charged in US Dollars unless otherwise specified
• Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month
• Payment is due in advance for all services
• Late payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

• 7-day money-back guarantee for new students
• Refunds for unused classes if cancelled with 30 days notice
• No refunds for completed classes or materials
• Refund processing may take 5-10 business days

5. Class Policies

Scheduling and Attendance

• Classes must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before class time
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in class forfeiture
• Makeup classes are available for valid cancellations

Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Treat teachers and staff with respect
• Come prepared for classes with necessary materials
• Follow Islamic etiquette during lessons
• Not record classes without explicit permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our platform, including but not limited to:

• Course materials and curricula
• Video and audio recordings
• Written materials and handouts
• Website content and design

Are the intellectual property of Divine Quran Center and are protected by copyright laws.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations or laws
• To transmit or procure the sending of any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the company, employees, or other users
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

8. Limitation of Liability

Divine Quran Center shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Divine Quran Center operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
